As a boy I remember when Wilbur openned his first place of business on the little Washington highway called the Do Drop Inn. His dad, my grandfather worked with him. I know that they are all gone now, Wilbur, Veron, Alton, Hallie and Ethel. All part of my family. And soon I too will be gone. These were my family and I love each and every one of them. Rest in peace. The world is a better place for what each one of you have contributed. Wilbur was the last of the Hardee Boys, Veron, Alton and Wilbur.
