Shari! I loved your show! My mother showed me the old shows and I loved watching the new show on PBS in the late nineties. Lamb Chop shaped who I am today as a girl! I was too young then, but your death was the first death I ever experienced. I was so saddened because I was only six years old. And sometimes my mind would go back to when my mother told me you had died and it took me years to get that pit out of my chest. I think it’s still there because you were the first death I ever mourned. I am 20 years old now and I am a puppeteer myself along with many other performance based talents. Right now I am focussing on puppeteering and doing a project on your life and your message. Wish me luck. Xoxo

She was such a beautiful person in every way. I first saw Shari on the Ed Sullivan Show many years ago. I discovered her reruns on TV about two weeks ago. I’m 82 now but I still love watching her and Lambchop. It was a sad day when she died. She’s in Heaven now. Bet she’s entertaining Jesus and the Angels.
