Nina Bawden grew up in Essex and attended Somerville College in Oxford. After graduating college, Bawden entered her writing career, and published various well-known books, such as: On the Run (1964), The Witch's Daughter (1966), The Birds on the Trees (1970), and The Peppermint Pig (1975).

I wanted to share these scriptual references with you; Ps.46:1, and John 5: 28, 29. All three scripritures have helped me in overcoming grief in my own life. Jehovah will take care of you and your family when you are weak, because “God is Love “,and he will never leave you.
