He died of a seizure.
Didnt know the guy, would have loved to have a drink with him, bet he could tell some cool stories. Im a 22 yr old drummer, and live about 10mile from where he grew up, wish i could achieve what he did.
rest in peace mate
gone but not forgotten
My husband played with him a couple years ago, with Jeff Martin. We had some great nights out with him. He was such a happy person with a sad background life and an amazing drummer. We had searched and searched for him to get in touch with him with no luck. We found out a couple nights ago and we’re devastated. So glad I have videos and pictures to remember him by. He was too young to die. We miss him and may he finally rest in peace.
I only ever saw the guy play on the Plant/Page dvd but recognised just how great a drummer he was. Like everyone, I was really shocked to hear of his passing. Reading Patty’s comments, I hope his journey now is happier one. RIP
