Death Summary: At the age of 37, Hutchence was naked and hanging by a belt in his hotel room in Sydney, Australia. The corner ruled his death suicide, but popular belief is that he died accidentally as a result of autoerotic asphyxiation while masturbating. This is apparently even the belief of some of his closest relatives, and a theory backed up by the fact that he was naked and that there was no suicide note.
