Thank you for making my childhood and even my adulthood tolerable; watching Looney Tunes should be a requirement for stress relief.
I grew up with looney tunes and the flinstones my whole life. cartoonnetwork sucks now all the classics are gone now man.
He’s gone but not forgoten. He lives on in our hearts. Its sad that the classic warner bros loony toons dont air any longer. Saturday mornings will never be the same.
OMG! He voiced nearly all the Looney Tunes characters!!! (or maybe ALL of them!)

What a shame, my kids just missed the end of the Bugs Bunny/Road Runner Show. Out went some semblance of a plot, in came digital color. As I recall, Bugs didn’t really start a fight, tho’ he did tend to finish them. He did a long and good job. No one will match him.
I thank you for all the laughs that kept me laughing over the years

Unique, original, and very funny. He made my younger years, very memorable.
God Bless all those who knew and loved Mel. Especailly to those that he helped, make our younger years, a little more memorable.
I remember Whoopie Goldberg did a tribute to Mel Blanc, there was a poster in the background that featured every character he ever gave a voice to, they were surrounding a mic, the spotlight was on the mic, and every head was bowed, the caption said it all ” were speechless” makes me cry just thinking about it. Thanks Mel, for everything
Mel, you were the greatest voice actor who ever lived, you were a great person, father, and husband, the first cartoon I ever watched were the Looney Tunes and I loved every minute of it. I will never forget the last and first voice you ever did, the first was the sound of a baby crying I assume, and the last was I think in the Jetsons Movie. I’m going to miss you, you were a great comedian as well. You’re gone now, and I always dreamed of meeting you when I was a kid, though I was born in the late 90s, I still dreamed of shaking you’re hand. I can do impressions of the characters you voiced really well, but no one can do as good as you. RIP Mel Blanc
Should have received an honorary Oscar for his services to animation.
