Death Summary: He was shot by Mark David Chapman. John was about to enter The Dakota when Chapman called him, when Lennon turned he was shot 5 times. Lennon was taken to the Roosevelt Hospital Center were he died after losing a lot of blood.

To family, friends and loved ones of John Lennon of The Beatles, my sympathy of his loss, a very talented person as one of The Beatles. I was 13 years old, living in Rohnert Park, CA., when The Beatles came to the USA. My father, Verne Sulier was in the radio business. Later in life while riding a taxicab in the state of Kansas, the cab driver looked like George Harrison. While riding a train in Germany, a man sitting across from me who looked like Paul McCartney asked me what time it was. I thought was a pleasant experience and wished I wasn’t so shy.

First off thanks for the icbredinle set you guys played 11/13/08. I grew up going to live music here in Austin that was my first Fiesta Gardens show and you guys set the bar pretty damn high. I still can’t get over the setlist: ID Engager (opener), Heimsdalgate, Gronlandic Edit, Wraith Pinned to the Mist, A Sentence of Sorts, Wicked Wisdom, Eluardian Instance… At least that is what I think you played – that’s pretty much my version of your greatest hits at least.I will say, Austin has too many hipsters just standing there nodding their heads to your music. I mean my group was going crazy dancing. If you can’t dance to your music, you need to get your head checked. So i hope you realize there were parts of that crowd losing their minds.Also super cool you guys went to Beauty Bar afterwards – I got to say chat with Ahmed and Kevin and dance the night away – damn DJ wouldn’t play any of your music! I would have killed to be on the dance floor with you guys to just one of your songs!My girlfriend just heard you on KUT this morning and I am checking that out now. Made me think how icbredinle an ACL taping would be, and while you’re at it play ACL fest!
