John Ingle was a well-known daytime television soap opera actor from Tulsa, OK. Ingle was most well-known for the character of "Edward Quartermaine" on General Hospital.
Ingle's career was not only comprised of acting. Prior to his success on General Hospital, Ingle was a Theatre teacher at two high schools (Hollywood High School and Beverly Hills High School), and also appeared in various small roles on television shows and movies.
In 1954, John Ingle married Grace-Lynne Martin. They had five daughters, nine grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. Unfortunately, Grace-Lynne Martin died seven months prior to Ingle's death.

Will miss this man so much. I loved him as a grandfather I would of loved having. I loved him so much on General Hospital.He was a great actor. Rest with God.
