Who was John Forsythe : John Forsythe was an actor who starred in three television series spanning four decades: Bachelor Father, Charlie’s Angels, and Dynasty. His role of Blake Carrington on the 1980s soap opera Dynasty is the role most people remember Forsythe for.

Forsythe was also the announcer for Michelob beer commercials from the 1970s through 1985, most notably during the “Weekends were made for Michelob” era.
