I was give the task to read “Catcher in the Rye” I had never heard of it (I guess I was raised in a vacuum). After reading this book I realized what really good writing is all about. I thank Mr. Salinger for his book I only wished I had done this before he passed on.

I read tcatcher in the rye at 12, then again now at thirteen. I was mesmerized and read all of his other works but am waiting on his 9 short stories at the library.
I loved that book: Catcher in the Rye- i didn’t read it till i was grown- for lots of folks was required reading (in school)
