u are great, but u died

As a cadet @ USMA I studied your beliefs. It was such a shame Allen Foster Dulles adamantly refused to deal with you because of your political beliefs. A bigger shame was that when we won the Battle of Ia Drang in 1965—-because that victory which was based upon our air power led Johnson & Co. to escalate the war. It just dragged the war out—-but the results were as you said they would be before you died.
hiiiiiii(:
You are an amazing inspiration

I was stationed in South Vietnam on four different times and enjoyed each and every tour. I hope to return for a visit one of these days before I get to much older. Great country with wonderful people.
