   He had the voice of a giant.
   A man with a high touch of class.
   I don’t know if his love for horses was only a part of his TV personality on MASH, but he showed to be a class rider.
   But his rightfulness in and out of the screen was a paramount part of his personality.

    So glad I found this guest book~~I was deeply saddened by the Colonel’s death. What a terrific actor! He was hilarious and serious equally well, and brought such depth to his role as Col. Sherman T. Potter. I would love to have met him in person. I’m sure he was as impressive in private life as he was on the screen. See you on the other side, Harry!
