She attended the University of Arizona where she quickly became the country's number 1 ranked college player as a freshman. She compiled six victories before leaving in her sophomore year to turn pro. She was selected as an All-America golfer in both 2003 & 2004.
She had one professional win, Laconia Savings Bank Golf Classic in 2004.

It annoys me that something so tragic as this is pushed aside because Tigers manager or whoever he is quit, enough is enough, this is a young woman who died at a young age, thoughts and prayers to her family, and I have no idea who she is, but I think thoughts and prayers should be focused on her and not this Tiger thing anymore. may she Rest in Peace.

I know Central church has grief support and I pray God comforts you and brings Peace to your soul. also pray whatever happened will be revealed.
To the Blasberg’s thier are no words I can say, Erica is one of the most wonderful poeple I have ever met. I met her because of Natalie Gulbis at a dinner in california, she always remembered me,giving me a warm smile and time to talk. We walked and talked the front 9 of the last day of the Safeway at Superstition MTN. in AZ. Lady I will miss you, your smile and your BIG heart.

Her death is suspicious, we really need Jessica Felching from “murder she wrote” to investigate. She was a failed golfer who relied on her fading looks so it’s probably not a golf rival.

Oh my god, no words comes up but I am so sorry I miss her so much as you feel.
She always feeds back to me at ask Erica. She is so wondeful women and wonderful pro golfer I beleave. I will never forget her.
My sympathy goes to her parents because when a pretty girl of 25 with a good career commits suicide it’s probably the parents fault, so they must be racked with guilt.

I know several golfers, and while none of them committed suicide, they were all murdered, so I agree with David that “She would have never ever taken[sic] her own life.”. The odds based on my own experience are definitely stacked against her taken.
