		<description>How did this guy know that spinach contains inorganic nitrates that inhibit the production of transmembrane proteins, which cause leakage in the mitochondria, without the transmembrane proteins, the synthesis  of ATP becomes more efficient, hence more energy for the muscles? No such thing as coincidence!</description>
