
Death Summary: Buddy Rose was found dead in his Vancouver, Washington home by his wife. At the time of this writing an exact cause hasn’t been determined, but it should be noted that Rose suffered from blood sugar issues and diabetes.

He spent the better part of his career wrestling for the AWA and the WWF. During his WWF days Rose had a legendary feud with “Rowdy” Roddy Piper, which he credited with making him a household name.
His last match took place at Wrestle Reunion 2005 in Tampa, Florida. He competed in a six-man tag team bout.
After his retirement Rose opened up a wrestling training school in Wiskoski, Portland.

I grew up watching Pacific Northwest wrestling. The wrestling then had Depth, heart and style. The wrestlers of today can never hold a candle to you and the other wrestlers from the 70’s and 80’s.
