Mr. Blackwell was a fashion critic, who is commonly known for his “Ten Worst Dressed Women” list. The list is an annual awards presentation given out each January. Along with his annual list he also wrote two books “Mr. Blackwell: 30 Years of Fashion Fiascos” and an autobiography “From Rags to Bitches”.
