Gary Coleman, most famous for his role as Arnold Jackson on the sitcom Diff’rent Strokes had a dramatic and tumultuous life. He was born in Zion, Illinois and was adopted early in life. He suffered from a rare congenital kidney disease which stunted his growth, and provided a child like appearance.
Jones was a Democratic politician who served in the United States House of Representatives, for the 11th District of Ohio.
